Oh my god. Pink Floyd. I grew up on this stuff. The wall is just. <3
Well I've always seen it as a album about the decent into insanity as well as the Cold War and WWII. And for some reason I see it lining up with Hitler in a sense as well.
I also totally neglected to read the analysis you posted and just went off of my random knowledge and assumptions
(Regardless of what it's about, just wanna say this album is amazing)

Do you agree on the sentiments that the album is based partially on Roger Waters and partially based on Syd Barrett's decent into madness?
Did you know the opening scene of the movie with he burning cigarette is based on somethign that happened with Barrett in the studio once?
