The new monster drawings won't show when monsterdex is zoomed out and the background doesn't reach the bottom:

The matter of the drawings has already been addressed in the post which announced the changes. Go read it again.
As for the background, it will be addressed when there is a new theme, but also there is no problem for me to scroll down through the MonsterDex, so that doesn't seem to be an issue. Try updating your browser/using Firefox or Chrome.
