If you use concentration rest, then get hit and die that turn.

Go to your item list, like you were going to get a revive potion, and go to back to the fight screen, your concentration rest goes off, and you are alive again.

Isnt that what "revive potion" does.

Ghost...You don't need to use the potion, you just enter the Items screen and return to battle, then it is revived.
