Horiver has good abilities: Special attack mast, ice expert, water expert, so he has higher damage potential. Wizote's abilities are good but less useful: fire shield, psychic immunity, and flying mania. He is more of a physical attacker and I like his move set better. He has a 1,000 accuracy move, and he has more type coverage. I also like Wizote's ability to learn knife dance: +2 attack buff.
So which is better? Neither is better than the other I say it is just personal preference. I would train Wizote, I like the art better.
