Question : If a player buys a level 100, will you be automatically going through it's level up moves again?

Suggestion : When buying a level 100, players should be able to automatically go through the monster's moves leveling up again.

no it doesn't,only if user who sold it didn't will it go through the moves.Going through the moves is only from monsters that never battled(example donated level 100)

This would be usefull, but really move relearner is only 5,000 monster moneys.

I thought they are 50,000 O.o
