Downloads will still be there. They act like Internet is bad, it's really not. Internet is for entertainment, access to important information, news, and everything else.
Entertainment could contain positive and negative information as long with anything else.
They can't block everything or censor it. You might as well copy the FCC episode of Family Guy. Invade people's homes with black boxes so they don't see their own private parts.

Basically if what is know as SOPA passes, Then anything that is copyright infringement that exists in the USA will be shut down.
What does that mean?
It means Wikia's, Wikipedia, Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter just vanished overnight.
In addition, US citizens can no longer visit URLs that lead to sites like this one.
Also, Equestria Daily would be shut down, which would devastate the brony subculture.
