Yo know, I actually really want to get working on this but since the update is so close by, I could wait. Almost everything is being changed about the monsters.
Their base stats, their move pools, their abilities, and whatever.
Honestly, these tiers and clauses need to be used.
honestly, people need to actually use them themselves in tourneys they host, or we just set up a tourney review committee that has to approve the user's tourney before it goes live. get this stuff organized.

i use Vlads , and i use Horiver
And there Sweep pretty well so i added them in.
( they might become overused now when other people see this Lol)
I have Vlad (First to have best Vlad) but I don't use it in pvp.
I also have a Horiver, I just bought it but I won't use it in pvp until it gets better.
I see horiver used alot in recent weeks
