Commercials, Movies, and Cartoon
Cartoons belong in the "Anime" Section, because all cartoons are is "Animation" which is what "Anime" means (Anime is short for Animation), Therefore Cartoons like spongebob belong in the Anime Section.
Movies deserve their own forum imo.
Commercials should be placed in a general area, if they are truly noteworthy then no one will mind a general discussion thread about it.
