Hypreigon was never meant to be an ancient in the 1st place and it still might not be one. It could turn out to be an emissary.

Legends percentage rate needs to be dropped :< so do zeniths.

Zeniths are 0.1% - 0.4%
Legends are 0.01% = 0.05%
Ancients are 0.001% - 0.003%
