Wouldn't it be a great idea if you could rename your monster ? I mean from experience normally I liked a particular monster but not it's name. If we like our monster we should have the option to give them nicknames.

Most of us are having the time of our lives trying to learn the monsters as is! I think we should wait on that.

I do agree. Some of them have just plain wrong names IMO too. Doesn't seem to match the monster or something like that.
