i think its because of the recent update, transformation requirements have been modified. so i guess he probably transformed that monster before this update.

seems like software error i will check issue

this happened on my plapspark before i had level 40 teslectric but it dosen't seem to work on othere people when they try it

this problem fixed. if you happen to find any similiar problem let me know
