North Condor Valley's surf entrance.
Umm.. On the world map, in some maps and some areas on the map it seems like there should be another entrance there.
Maps : South Beachhead via Hyper Surf into North Condor Valley & Robin Straights
Condor Delta via Hyper Surf into Condor Town
dei on the new map it has no entrance just like in the game i had to pass through tons of places just to get there yesterday

Requirements:
Fly
1. Crane Mesa is your destination first.
2. Go to the Far Eastern side and take the North exit.
3. You are in Condor Town but if you look around, there is no way to get to the water.
4. Use fly to Condor Town even if you are standing in Condor town.
5. You will be sent to the Monster Center of Condor Town instantly now just take the boats and stuff..

it appear map change points and in big map there is entrance from there
