I really didn't know who to pm this to so i just put on forums even if it has nothing to do with the forums.

It doesn't have to deal with forums. this is to report users that violate the rules.

Banned him but not for long it's not permanent we need CeFurkan to do it.

This thread needs to be locked since issue has been dealt with ...well half of it.

Users don't need to be perm banned for everything.

If you chat ban a user 3 times, then you report.
