Moves of a monster are going to be worked on as monsters get released.
as for accuracy 1000 it just means 100%

Just chill out. Some people haven't been here as long as others. They probably just registered and checked out the game before coming to the forum to check out all the contents.

1000 means that it wont miss

No monster would survive that not even a high level... =.=

And especially since it belongs to like.. 1 monster that is legendary or sumthin.
