its saying im not allowed to post new threads because of i havnt activated my account iv been banned or suspended and for other reasons, how do i make it so i can post threads?

to post new threads, you must be an official member of the forums. You'll need at least 2 posts to become an official member of the forum, and from there on, you can start posting new threads.
It's probably the best place to ask other then the site questions thread IMO.
