The question is.....was he warned by a user? if he has been warned by a user then he would of stopped if he cared about his account.

Actually, he's been warned and chat banned for spamming several times.

I chat banned him twice for spamming. I warned him twice, Guider warned him, regular members warned him.

He was told by another user to stop and he later asked "why".
