ok... it says

Level 50
Maximum 51 battle lost

does that mean i have to make him lose 51 battles??

You should NOT exceed 51 losses, pretty obvious on the wording, though.

You can't lose over 51 battles. I made that mistake when training a Phather. (I got a new one, though.)
