Monster MMORPG Version 6.1.0

1.0) There is a new image technology called as WEBP

1.1) This new image technology is far superior than older technology PNG, JPG and GIF which we use in our game

1.2) We have coded a software to batch convert all of our JPG, PNG and GIF images into newest format WEBP

1.3) All of the existing JPG, GIF and PNG images in the game is now replaced with WEBP

1.4) Newest format reduces image sizes overall 33% and up to 80% in some images (such as game maps) with out losing any image quality (we convert images lossless quality)


2.0) We have started to improve game playability in mobile browsers

2.1) Now game navigation menus are much better working in mobile devices / touch screen devices than before

2.2) Now you can save our game as an app icon to your device home screen

2.3) When you save our game as an app icon shortcut and start the game from that icon, the game will always run in landscape mode and will work much smoother

2.4) Disabled double tap zooming to improve game playability on touch screen devices and this made huge difference in terms game play quality


3.0) Now you can enable automatic battle in the battle page or in your user control panel (settings page) : https://www.monstermmorpg.com/Settings.aspx

3.1) When auto play is enabled, once you enter the battle and select your first battling Monster, the rest will be fully automated

3.2) The system will execute your Monster moves with our battling AI and switch your Monster to the next one when currently selected one is fainted

3.3) When selecting your next Monster, it will use the Monster order you set in your select Monster page

3.4) You can disable auto battle in wild Monster pages if you want in your control panel page. So when auto battle is activated, it won't be active in wild Monster battles but will be active in all other battles

5.0) There was an error related to Guild War score calculation and this error is fixed

5.1) Therefore, Guild War scores are historically recalculated (starting from the first ever Guild War) : https://www.monstermmorpg.com/GuildWars.aspx

5.2) There was another error related to Guild War scoring

5.3) Sometimes some guild scores were getting negative

5.4) This negative guild war score bug is also fixed

6.0) New Guild War feature and rules

6.1) For your guild to be eligible to get into Guild war Gold reward pool, you have to win at least 1 Guild War during that week

6.2) This new rule will increase the gold you get from weekly guild war reward gold pool significantly

6.3) Now you can set a member to be ignored from participating Guild Wars both attacking and defending if you set member's Guild War join order to 255.

6.4) When system is getting your or enemy Guild participating members, the banned player count will be limited to 25% of your guild size.

6.5) For example lets say your Guild have 13 members. So you can ban maximum 3.25 members (ceiled to 4). So the system will sort your banned players by Guild Quest Damage and least damage inflicted 4 members will be banned from Guild War and rest will be taken into consideration.

6.6) However, your guild must have more than 9 eligible members to battle for ignoring rule to be counted. Otherwise system will ignore 255 order rule and take top 10 members

6.7) Your guild members must have been active in the last 7 days to join the battle (both defense and attack). However, if there aren't more than 9 members active in last 7 days, the system will ignore 3 days rule and take top 10 players based on their last active time

6.8) Moreover, if all of the Leader and Co-Leaders of the guild is inactive over 24 hours, 7 days activeness rule will be ignored and all members will be taken into consideration

6.9) Your guild members will be lined up in the order you set (Guild War Join Order)

7.0) How ELO revenge system works changed

7.1) Previously, ELO revenges were refunding you back full lost ELO score if you win the revenge battle

7.2) Now it will only give you back half of the ELO League score back that you have lost if you win the revenge battle

8.0) New guild rule

8.1) Previously when you get kicked or leave your guild, your guild help score were getting reset to 0

8.2) From now on guild help score is permanent and will not get reset if you get kicked or leave your guild

8.3) You will continue to accumulate your guild help score through different guilds


9.0) To prevent abuse of guild war system a new rule added

9.1) If your guild is attacking side in a guild war and your member count gets below 10 (either player kick or player leaves), you will automatically lose all of your attack and defense points (basically you will lose the battle)


10.0) Party Educational Armor item were distributing the gained EXP among max level Monsters as well

10.1) Since maximum level Monsters cannot gain anymore EXP, these EXP were getting wasted

10.2) This behavior is changed and not anymore maximum level Monsters will get EXP distribution from Party Educational Armor item

10.3) Therefore, from now on, non-max level Monsters in the party will get more EXP when there are max level Monsters in party and Party Educational Armor item is used


11.0) A new optional restriction for user started tournaments added to the tournaments system : https://www.monstermmorpg.com/Tournaments.aspx?s=1

11.1) Now you can allow only certain ELO Score Rank having players to join your tournament

11.2) E.g. if you set Allowed Lowest ELO Rank as 80, only players that have 80 or better ELO Score Rank such as 30 can join your tournament

11.3) System will check your daily ELO Score Rank which you can see at your profile page

11.4) Daily ELO Score Rank is calculated once a day at the game update time (7 AM game time)

11.5) If you leave this option empty or set it as 0, the system will allow every ELO Score Rank player to join your tournament


12.0) Now Guild Wars page will list 300 latest wars

12.1) Now you will be able to see historical all time and weekly guild war score change after each individual guild war

12.2) Interface of Guild Wars page improved and now will display war start date as well : https://www.monstermmorpg.com/GuildWars.aspx


13.0) Now you can filter your Monsters at set Monster team page by Monster known moves

13.1) To filter by multiple moves, please separate each move with ; (semicolon)

13.2) The input field is auto complete so when you type something, it will bring you move suggestions that starts with your so far input

14.1) When sorting your Monsters by anything, different sorting options may conflict

14.2) So if you sort by attack value and UV value, they will conflict and the results will be only sorted by one of them


15.0) Now at market buy Monsters from bazaar page, you can sort bazaar Monsters by UV values

15.1) Sorting Monsters at the bazaar will stack with sort by level and price

15.2) The order of sorting will be as first sort by UV values then by Monsters sell price and then by the Monster level


16.0) Now you can filter market bazaar Monsters by known moves

16.1) Multiple moves can be stacked with a ; (semicolon)

16.2) The move input field is auto complete so as you type move name it will bring you move suggestions


17.0) We have thoroughly researched how to improve our existing resize technology

17.1) We use the following specific dimensions of Monster artworks in the game : 30x30, 60x60, 120x120, 180x180, 240x240, 300x300 and 800x800

17.2) After many days of research and experiment, which you can see thread here : https://github.com/ImageMagick/ImageMagi...sions/3860 , we have found an awesome resize algorithm

17.3) With this new algorithm, we have processed all of our original Monster artworks and resized them to 30x30, 60x60, 120x120, 180x180, 240x240, 300x300 and 800x800 dimensions

17.4) With this algorithm, the overall artwork quality is now greatly improved
