URGENT: BANNED ACCOUNT

Uh, so I just tried to log into the game....and it said my accounts been banned forever!!! I havent logged in in the past couple days, and I changed my password after the account was hacked from the url and everything....and the thing says:
This accaunt is banned forever. The ban reason is :
And then it doesnt leave a reason
What the heck happened????

oh yeah i have banned you because of posting that scam url (includes monstermmorpg in url)
