Submakarb mt list problem

i was skimmin through the move list for submakarb and noticed https://prntscr.com/wxotc


says it can be learned as a mt but, not an Ai ?

That's an interesting one.  Seems all instances of Hyper Surf occur in both the AI and the MT list.  Not the case for Fly.  :\         Nice find.
