New to this game, just got a question

So, I just picked up the AI for hill climb, but after searching the monsterdex, I can't find anything that can learn it. Could somebody please tell me one or two monsters that can learn hill climb?

Hill Climb isn't needed right now since there are no hills to climb.

Hill Climb is to be Saved for further Uses.

Stock Up On All AIS before they get expensive.

its no use now and i think no mon can learn it though u may be able to use it in future

tigasee is the only known one so far to learn it

but theres really no use for it now
