it works fine, but it could be better. We're upgrading the game, we should make sure the forum doesn't lag behind.

A better look, and interactions could draw more players. Especially if the site is well known and passed around

Like feature. Things like IM, or having your own page, a better friends list. Things that meet the eye and makes it easier to interact with others. Such as a live chat page. where you can chat with other people who too are online like how it is in-game.

though i don't know there are any live IM plugin or not

So im just saying, its almost two months later and you havent started on this. If you cant stick to aomething and follow through on the forum side, maybe we need an admin just fOr the forum t o help you out here

I noticed you said change the forums, vBullitin is good, maybe look up IP.Booards, they have an awesome look and some skins look really nice. There are shoutbox[chat] apps for them if you look around, if you decide to get IP.Board, vBullitin also has that as well.
Maybe we can have in the future a bank system, I noticed that some people are using the market as a bank to save gold they do not want to spend, But that confuses new players how much certain monster class should sell for. Also if the bank could have like a small % up rate per week or month, so gold grows a bit more as it is being saved. Sorry to bump this, just that I have seen forums with both vBullitin and IP.B and I would like dark themes, they are easier on the eyes (^_^)" .
