Extra damage in "Polished Blades" move

Hi.

I have used the movement "Polished Blades" of my Moundible.
I think that it doesn't make the extra damage of 26% of enemy HP.

In this combat it should be 63 + 499 * 0.26 = 192 damage, but it's only 63.
