Error when trying to verify Email?

i'm getting this error when trying to Verify my email: Insufficient system storage. The server response was: 4.3.1 Out of memory. anyone know what it means/how to fix? I've tried changing my email and waiting several minutes but nothing shows up. is there a way to manually verify my account?
