When I try to transform it again into a Roostegg, two messages pop up: "This Monster can only be transformed with transformation stone! Level 48 (only when female)" and "This Monster can only be transformed with transformation stone! Level 48 (only when male) or Your Monster couldn't evolve because of an unknown reason."
The MonsterDex does not mention a transformation stone for these transformations.
