When you are in the https://www.monstermmorpg.com/SelectWhichMonster.aspx page, you can click fast any number (like 3-2-1) and both the monsters 3,2 and 1 get experience but only the number 1 fights. This can be done with any number and with all 6 at the time(max my fingers could click before the battle was 4 monsters ).
