Rules

  1. Open Tier
  2. No Health Items
  3. Held Items Allowed
Team Rules

  1. No Restrictions on Team Changing for Opponents Just refrain from changing once you have started battling.
Notes
  1. The Tournament Will Start When I Think Enough of the Active Jounin/Elites have posted
  2. The Tournament Will End When the Battles are Complete
  3. The Tournament Will be a Swiss Style Tournament
  4. The Title for Now Will be Saiyan, War Councillor, or Gladiator (The winner can Choose which title the want).
