I wanted to click on My Items from the top menu but clicked on verify email by accident but my email address is already verified, yet when I clicked on the new link, it treated me as a new user and Im scared that my progress will be reset now? :/

I also changed my email to prevent it but it happened for the second time now with the other email as well?

Don't worry nothing will reset. And you don't need verify again but if you did when nothing will change.
