Idea is simple, add a "Captured in xxxx" box in the central column. And maybe add the original catcher??

To avoid problems this should be implemented in v3 and the monsters captured before should have in that box: captured in ancient times or beta period or whatever.
Monster given as a reward in events now will have a distinction.
