I tried my best to make it balanced and that's how it turned out to be. Anyways here's the moveset

Dark Aura (dark type): Base power 500, accuracy 1000. MP 20 (of course i won't make it infinite or high MP since it would just OHKO every monster with abilities and this move)
Effect: 100% burn, 99% poison and 100% confused.

Dragon's Den (Dragon - Weather change) - Weather conditions changes; night and stormy filled with hungry dragons: Base Power 1, accuracy 1000, MP 40
Effect: All of enemy's monsters take damage equal to 50% of their health every turn. Summoned or not. Also this move doubles each turn (1 turn would be 2 etc) Meaning everything would be OHKO'd in two turns.

King's Shield (Light) - Base Power 1, accuracy 1000. MP infinite.
Effect: This Monster is protected from OHKO moves, moves and/or abilities that cancel abilities, effects etc. Also this monster is protected from anything that would take it's hp more than 0.

DzRules (Dark) - Base Power 200, accuracy 1000. MP 50 (This move summons a creatures called Orboknown and throws it to the enemy. Orboknown is this monster's pet
Effect: Cannot miss. This move goes first no matter what.

Reflecting Skin - Whenever this monster takes damage the opponent takes the same amount of damage
Amazing body - All weather effects are negated, monster will gain hp from status effects instead of losing them.
Rivality - Whenver this monster sees a Dark.Zero it will unleash all its extra power it has to raise all its stats by 500%. This monsters typing will also change to Light/Dark when seeing a Dark.Zero.

Moves:

Ultimate Awesomeness (normal) MP = 40, Accuracy = 1000, base power = 1

When this move is used all of the users stats will raise by 5 stages

Heaven's judgement (light) MP = 5, Accuracy = 100, Base power = 500

Holy power will strike down on the enemy from the skies. This move has a 100% chance to paralyze. This move has a 100% chance to freeze. This move will decrease 2 random stats of the enemy by 5 stages.

Eye-lock (normal), MP = 40, Accuracy = 1000, base power = 1, priority 100

100% chance to burn the target. 100% chance to inflict bleeding status to the target. 100% chance to poison the target. This move will heal the user by 50% of its max. HP.

This is my second monster. Time to introduce you to Prysman.

PRYSMAN (MONSTER MODE)
Class: Ancient
Monster Type: Light/Steel/Dragon
Description: A robotic creation, made by the angelic PupK9, with the purpose to save the world.
Held Item: Prysma's Heart - +25% boost to all stats.
Nature: Artificial

Your abilities are a bit much...
your moveset: walk and Shake A Paw seem alright. I like the concept behind those two moves.

As for Prysma2...
monster mode:
"When Prysman (Monster Mode) has 50% or lower health, it automatically turns into Prysman (Angelic Hero Mode)."
This ability looks pretty sweet. Its similar to... Dakumun's ability- the fire monkey from pokemon.

To clarify: Super scale prevents enemy status effects from affecting your monster if its hp 51% or above, right?
the simple moveset is basically surrounded by the fact that it's abilities are what make it dangerous and yes as long as it's hp is 51% or above Super scale prevents all status effects and i mean all of them i might make an other one based on my ballos username but i want to think about what type and moves it could have (I have an idea of what abilities it can have just not much else)

my mon would be a humanoid shadowy person typeing ghost/binarycoding of course my own type

abiiliteis wonderguard of course makes it invincable to all non efective attacks

petrify cause the effect of petrifaction


dark zero deystroy automatically destroys darkzero  


moves dethly stare causes petrifaction and damage


perish song oppenet dies in 3 turns

ultra heal heals infenite hp?


and last but not least almighty attack does infinit damage cancles out all abillites and attacks and gians infinite health


stats infinite


so yes the best mon eva
