i wish we could have the exp required similar to pokemon :/ i think the exp required was based off of the pokemon's stats or something? because there was a lot of different groups of required exp. and if the stats were fixed we could also fix the exp gained from wild monsters and something...

Yeah, I didn't use Smogon's way because I CAN'T use their way. If I could I would. The thing is, I don't have access to the usage stats of PvP so I can't determine which Monsters should go in what tier based on usage. Therefore, I decided to create a temporary tier list based on the classes the Monsters are classified in as of now. Until I get access to usage stats, that's going to be the tier list for competitive PvP battles.
