Q: My monster suddenly needs 23k exp to level up, is it a glitch?
A: No. Level 25 is a challenge level which takes a while to level up from.

Solution : So then, that's the table. From 24-25 and 49-50, it's simple to get through with Experience Armor, An Expert Leader Monster and the voting bonus. From 69-70 and 84-85, EXP Max is a recommended item to get through it in a snap, although, it costs 500,000 gold. Save up for it. Another recommendation is finding a zenith or legendary and catching or beating it. This takes more time but it is cheaper.
