I think there should be a limit to how many accounts one person can have on an ip.
Like ThisisSparta had 8 different accounts or something,and Tobi/authorfire/darksora has a good 4 or 5.Limiting the accounts means its easier to keep track of who is who.

it is limited with 5 but there is no way of preventing more to open. also it is not important. people can have as many as they want. it does not provide them any benefit.
